I offer a range of holistic therapy to help people relax, unwind and deal with stress and pain in a natural proactive way. Depending on your condition or how you feel, you may want to see how one technique works for you or try a combination to help you feel less stressed and more energetic. Therapies include:

Aromatherapy Massage

I mix essential oils according to your needs and apply them in a full-body therapeutic massage to help body, mind and spirit relax, refresh and revive.

I hold a Tisserand Institute Diploma in Holistic Aromatherapy (TIDHA 1997) and a post-graduate diploma in Aromatherapy in Pregnancy Massage from the Institute of Traditional Herbal Medicine & Aromatherapy (ITHMA).

Hypnosis

Hypnosis can work on a subconscious level to help with many issues, including

  • Giving up smoking
  • Difficulty sleeping
  • Stress, anxiety
  • Low self-esteem and confidence-building
  • Weight loss
  • Enriching sporting ability

When you go into a trance we work on your subconscious level, using hypnosis scripts with positive suggestions to enable your body to relax and help changes take place.

There are many definitions of a hypnotic trance but I find this one helpful: ‘a natural state of consciousness when the mind becomes inwardly focused’. I completed a foundation course in Hypnosis with the Past Life Regression Academy (PLRA).

Indian Head Massage

Massage is one of the oldest, safest and most natural forms of therapy. Indian Head Massage works on the physical, mental and subtle levels. It’s a specific therapy for the head, face, neck, shoulders, upper arms and upper back, covering the vulnerable areas where we’re most likely to suffer from stress and tension.

I completed my Indian Head Massage training in 2000 with ITHMA in London.

Reiki

I completed my training as a Reiki Practitioner. Reiki is a simple, gentle hands-on energy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation.  It can complement any medical or psychological care. The body has the ability to heal itself and to do so complete relaxation is often beneficial.  Long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.
